Callaway uses all of the above to meet this requirement.  We have a PM job that drives this for us.  We document self assessments, audits, inspections in this job to meet the requirements of 1101

Do you perform self-assessments only or use another form of reviews? Do you take credit for NRC inspections, NOS audits, or any specific site/program evaluations? What level of detail do you take it to?
