For dose tracking

  *   We use specific RWPs for the forced outage and track the forced outage dose based on RWP.
  *   Alternatively, since the dose is online dose, you can used regular RWPs and just track the dose for the affected unit based on start and end date/time.
     *   This assumes you have unit-specific RWPs.

For crew sizes

  *   We rely on our RP field ops (technicians and/or supervisor) to challenge work group sizes when workers are being briefed to enter the RCA.
