Amy,

Callaway uses a 5 micron filter in our trinuke set up. We also use our installed demin beds as well.

During operation and once restarted we run an in-pool demineralizer to clean/purify the pool inventory. When Tri-Nukes are used we usually used 5 or 10 micron depending on loading and change out frequency. V/R Robert D. Holmes Senior Manager

Team,

I have an action to:

Perform an informal benchmark with industry peers to determine industry best practices in relations to the micron size used for Fuel Pool Purification filtering.

Currently WF3 uses a 20-micron filter for Fuel Pool Purification filtering.

Any/all information you may have would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
