[Global] Dose Rate Comparison

I have an action to do a comparison dose rate benchmark for CE plants.  Specifically, Charging Pump Rooms and HPSI Vaults.

I would really appreciate survey maps from:  Palo Verde, St. Lucie, Calvert Cliffs, and Millstone.
