Not a replacement answer, but just OE.
At the end of our outage, just before drain down, we did a survey on the upender prior to water blasting.
We found a particle at 5500 Rem/hr. We got it into the tri-nuke filter and back into the SFP.
It is just the cautionary tale of be careful when they are playing in that area.

One quick question:
Has anyone that is a Westinghouse PWR plant ever replaced the fuel transfer cart & fuel assembly basket? North Anna is planning on doing this in the Fall of 2026.
