[Global] Benchmarking Request – Supplemental Support During Outages

I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out to gather some benchmarking data related to supplemental support during refueling or maintenance outages. Your input would be greatly appreciated and will help us evaluate and optimize our own outage planning.
Could you please provide your typical experience with the following:


  1.  Outage Duration:
     *   What is the typical length of your planned outage (in days)?
  2.  Supplemental Support Duration:
     *   Out of that total outage duration, how many days do you typically have supplemental support on-site?
  3.  In-Processing Timeline:
     *   How many days before the outage do you begin in-processing supplemental support (e.g., for badging, training, orientation)?
  4.  Additional Notes (Optional):
     *   Any lessons learned, best practices, or unique approaches your site uses for managing supplemental personnel?
