[Global] Fuel Transfer System

SQN performed this in 2020/2021 along with a full transfer system upgrade. Below are snippets of a survey for the cart/basket removal and an overall dose performance. I will have to dig into the dose performance to figure out what part was the actual cart & basket replacement, but off the hip it looks like 3.521 Rem and 3,883 man-hours for that portion. Also attached are the TVA removal procedure and the Framatome installation manual.

One quick question:

Has anyone that is a Westinghouse PWR plant ever replaced the fuel transfer cart & fuel assembly basket?  North Anna is planning on doing this in the Fall of 2026.
