<p class="MsoNormal">Our Reactor Services Group is asking for us to remove the reactor head with the studs left in the head after detention is complete.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">They then want to install the stud hole plugs with the top part of the Upper Internals exposed.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">At the end of refueling it is reversed, set the internals, remove and clean stud holes and plugs.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Our Effective Dose Rates (EDR) with the top plate of the internal exposed is 300 mr/hr.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">It generally takes us 20 person hours to install plugs and 30 person hours to remove and clean holes.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Our first answer is no.<o:p></o:p></p>
