2021 Winter Meeting but with the understanding that the COVID-19 public health issue continues to impact each of us and our stations. Due to this continuing issue, the RP-ALARA Steering Board is requesting your current thoughts as to whether you are considering
attending, and whether your station will permit your travel, to attend the Winter Meeting. The Winter Meeting is scheduled for January 25<sup>th</sup> - 27<sup>th</sup>, 2021. We recently contacted the Marriot Key West Beachside Hotel which is hosting the
meeting and found that the facility is open and has implemented the appropriate safety measure for us to conduct the meeting in a safe manner.
