<p class="MsoNormal">There was a Respiratory Assessment performed at our plant and one question was brought up regarding loose fitting hoods.  When placing someone in a loose fitting hood how does your plant oversee the person who might be taping down the hood? 
 Or do you?  Is there a qualification for someone such as a laborer to have a qualification or just in time training for taping down the hood or hose?  Does your plant look at taping down as interfering with Form, Fit or Function of the respiratory protection?
