<i><span style="font-size:16.0pt;font-family:"Georgia",serif;color:#00649D">We do a risk assessment, dose estimate for each task in the work order. We also add our own steps/tasks to help control the work (i.e. installation/removal of Rad Engineering controls,
RP coverage or required surveys.) <br>
The only issue we see with the process is that if the work groups are not accurate with their “wrench time” our dose estimates suffer. What is nice is that we use Sentinel and Sentinel talks with Maximo and returns the dose expended when the WO is worked
back to Maximo. So when you research a past work order the total dose received is captured in the work order.
