to the industry. While most Entergy RCA Accesses have harder barriers such a turnstiles (including smart turnstiles), we do have some that are radiation rope and signage with a gate. Please provide the following information:<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>4/27/22: WF3-2022-3253</b> - A D&Z pipe fitter entered the RCA through Door 27 without logging onto an RWP and using an EAD. The pipe fitter entered through the swing gate which was<br>
posted RMA,RCA,RWP Required, Dosimetry Required, NEDS, CHP for OVHD access. The individual entered the +21 RAB Hot Tool Room, retrieved a cart,<br>
and proceeded to the Westside Access Control Point at which point it was identified by an RP technician that the individual did not have proper dosimetry.<br>
Individual processed out of the RCA through the personnel monitors.<o:p></o:p></p>
