records to your Document control (at Cook we call them NDM – Nuclear Document Management)? There is nothing in our Records Management procedure that states a 2 year period, but I have been told other plants have this. If so, how is this documented. Looking
at our procedure it states, “unless written authorization has ben obtained from the NDM supervisor or designee to retain QA records longer than 60 days, the Record Custodian transmits QA records to NDM for processing within 60 days of completion/authentication”.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
