<p class="MsoNormal">For <u>Online</u> work I would not estimate contingent work. If it came into the schedule, we track it as emergent. At the end of the month we would enter our dose deltas in to the CAP system for significant differences.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><u>During outages</u>: If there is a high likelihood that it would be worked, I would put an estimate to it. During the Work In Progress reviews (and Post Job Reviews if required), if it was not used then I would document it there as
well as any contingent work that came in with no estimate on it. That dose would be subtracted from the Emergent dose bank.<o:p></o:p></p>
