[Global] Draining Primary Side RCS Loops

Good Morning,
                A quick question on Shutdown chemistry and RCS clean-up.  Does your station isolate the primary side RCS loops prior to completing RCS clean-up to refueling levels and if so what is the activity of the coolant at the point when they are isolated and drained?
