Apologies for the late email.  DCPP's response to your questions are as follows:

  1.  Are the front line craft supervisors knowledgeable of all daily dose projections for their crews?
     *   Front line supervisors are knowledgeable of dose projections for their crew through reports and briefings through the below listed activities
  2.  Are Department Managers knowledgeable of their departments daily dose projection?
     *   Department managers are expected to be knowledgeable of their departments daily dose projection through the methods discussed above.
  3.  Are Craft worker knowledgeable about what their daily dose goal is?
     *   Yes.  At a minimum, the estimated dose for their work is available on their work packages.  RP briefings covers the expected dose along with dose setpoints for higher level jobs.
     *   Workers demonstrate dose ownership by challenging estimates and estimating their own job.  For inst
  4.  Do senior managers, VPs and executives knowledgeable about daily, weekly or monthly dose projections?
     *   Leadership receives daily reports on dose projections and exposures.

Online activities:  Leadership/supervision receives daily dose crystal report and tableau (power BI) reports.

Outage activities:  Daily/Continuous dose reporting via Tableau and Excel Workbook.  Work groups also utilize custom-made Tableau dashboards for daily planning and worker rotation.

All activities:  Work groups have access to radworker search engines with historical dose and other Tableau reports with filtering capability.  The capability exists to look up work over a +10-year period in seconds to evaluate work performance using partial search terms.
