[Global] Respiratory Benchmarking

Davis-Besse is doing a respiratory protection program benchmark of the industry of common tasks and timeframe of requirements. Any response would be appreciated

  1.  Site:
  2.  Respiratory Training Requalification Period (i.e. how long do you accept initial training before requiring a requalification or refresher training)
  3.  Fit Test:
     *   Are Fit Test expiration dates

                                                    i.     Set exactly 1 year later to the date

OR

                                                   ii.     Set to the 1 year later at the end of the month as allowed by Reg Guide 8.15

     *   Are there any extra pre-cautions being taken during COVID-19 Times (e.g. Limiting to one fit test at a time)
  1.  Medical:
     *   Are expiration Dates set exactly by the date or at end of the month as allowed by Reg Guide 8.15
     *   Do you allow physicals to go beyond the standard 1 year as allowed by Z88.6?

                                                    i.     IF so do you require any intermediary documentation (i.e. if a worker is good for 2 years do you require a questionnaire each year)

  1.  Would you like results of Benchmark?
