[Global] Outage Stretch Goals

Salem utilizes a goal set by the Station ALARA Committee.

We (RP/ALARA) come up with the estimate based on scope, and when that number goes to SAC, we recommend a goal (usually around 90% of the estimate).  Our station leaders tend to like nice round numbers so my goal for our upcoming fall outage is ~91% because they liked to publish <55 Rem to the station.  I then base all the reports I publish through the outage to that goal.

Millstone is looking to find out if your site has an outage stretch/challenge goal?  If you do, is there a certain percentage of your dose goal that you use to get it.

INPO stated that ~10% would be adequate, but wanted a comparison.
