[Global] Permanent Shielding

Good morning!!

A few questions about permanent shielding.


1)    Who owns permanent shielding at your site?  RP, Maintenance….

2)   Who performs inspections of the permanent shielding?

3)   How are inspections initiated?  Recurring work order or by means of another process.

4)   How often are the inspections performed?

5)   Is permanent shielding included in any procedure and if so, could you share that procedure (or the portion that relates to permanent shielding)?
