[Global] RP-ALARA Summer Meeting Communication Your Response Requested

To the members of the RP-ALARA Association

It is my sincere hope that this communication finds each of you and your families in good health. The RP-ALARA Steering Board is beginning preparations for our 2021 Summer Meeting in Chattanooga, Tennessee. While the COVID-19 public health issue situation is improving we are unsure which utilities may still be restricting employee travel.  To aid us in our preparations, the RP-ALARA Steering Board is requesting your current thoughts as to whether you are considering attending, and whether your station will permit your travel, to attend the meeting. The Summer Meeting is currently scheduled for June 14th -16th, 2021.

Your timely answers to the following questions are appreciated and will play an important part in the Steering Board's decision.

Can you attend the June 14-16, 2021 meeting?  Yes   No   maybe
If not, why?

Would you attend a meeting scheduled in September?  Yes   No   maybe
If not, why?

Please reply by April 15thth.
