   I am inquiring as to your sites level of dose tracking and what process you use (software.. )   Maximo Asset Management V7.6
    What level do you track dose to? With in a work order level or step within the work order. We do a risk assessment, dose estimate for each task in the work order.  We also add our own steps/tasks to help control the work (i.e. installation/removal of Rad Engineering controls, RP coverage or required surveys.)
 The only issue we see with the process is that if the work groups are not accurate with their "wrench time" our dose estimates suffer.   What is nice is that we use Sentinel and Sentinel talks with Maximo and returns the dose expended when the WO is worked back to Maximo.  So when you research a past work order the total dose received is captured in the work order.


    Currently Wolf Creek utilizes Empac client but will be transitioning to Maximo.  We have been moving into assigning dose goal within the work order (using permits section) to each step, Feeding P6 schedule tool.
