Below are a few questions regarding Trip Tickets. Your responses are appreciated.



  1.  Is your station utilizing a trip ticket printer when logging into the RCA or do workers fill in the blanks on a trip ticket card?
     *   If utilizing a printer, what are the benefits or challenges of using it?
  2.  Are you using a different color for High Radiation Areas?
  3.  What is your station policy for when an individual is non-compliant (missing, incomplete, incorrect trip ticket)?
