[Global] PAPR Usage

At Browns Ferry, we take a conservative approach and require respiratory protection until we can verify radiological conditions after breech.  Several years ago, we cut an RWCU sample line with a porta-band and had significant airborne/particle issues.

Good morning,
I would like to know if you require the use of PAPRs for cutting out and welding  lines < 1 inch in diameter? I am specifically talking about an RCS sample line. Thanks for your response in advance.
