[Global] Annual Dose Budgeting for FIN (Fix It Now) Dept.

At Vogtle 1 & 2 we allow the FIN team ~2 mR/week; 106 mR/year.

  *   This allows for the negligible amounts of dose the team picks up entering the RCA working on minor repairs/surveillance daily, yet we didn't want to give them a blank check.

This was based largely on historical performance excluding any major emergent activities that would have been dose significant.

  *   If unplanned emergent work comes up that would challenge their goal for the week, they submit an emergent dose request form for review and approval as all others do.

We understand FINs annual dose trend and average dose over a time period, however, how do plants who have a FIN team budget an annual dept. dose budget?
