Eric,

At Davis Besse we use VSDS. We do not use any sort of survey approval template. Seems like a good idea, interested to see the responses.

Air Sampling:
We expect our technicians to list the Air Sample Record Number in the survey comments section. We do not require that the physical air sample record gets scanned into VSDS as an attachment (like I have seen other plants do.) Our air sample records go to records as a stand alone document

  1.  Does anyone have a survey approval checklist they can share?  Especially if it is tailored to VSDS.
  2.  How do you log air samples on VSDS?  Looking for any and all options on how sites do it.
