ONS Benchmark - RWP management of Job Tasks and Access Controls (Innage and Outage)


  *   How many tasks are typically assigned to a general outage RWP at your site?
     *   Are RWP titles at your site general (e.g. RWP 3200 - General Valve Maintenance) or specific to individual jobs?
     *   Are the RWP tasks listed as general categories (e.g. RA Task-1, HRA Task-2, LHRA Task-3) or are they detailed and specific to each job?
  *   How many tasks are typically assigned to a general innage RWP at your site?
     *   For innage periods, are RWP titles general (e.g. RWP 18 General Valve Maintenance) or specific to individual jobs?
     *   Are RWP tasks during innage periods general (e.g. RA Task-1, HRA Task-2, LHRA Task-3) or specific to the job?
  *   If your site uses Sentinel, how are RWP access lists managed during outage?
     *   And innage.
  *   What standard guidance or criteria does your site follow when establishing RWP requirements?
  *   Does your site use printed bar codes for workers to log into an RWP?  If not, what method do workers use to log into an RWP at your site?
