[Global] OPEX Request; Holtec MPC Port Plug replacement

Sizewell B (Westinghouse 4-Loop second generation) is preparing to replace a Holtec Multi-Purpose Cannister port plug due to an emergent helium leak during cask processing.
Holtec say that they have carried out this repair at other nuclear sites. We would be grateful for any feedback on the task, particularly the RP controls applied and radiological conditions encountered during the work. This will help us to validate our proposed controls.
