[Global] Fixed incore detector monitoring system

Good morning all,
Hope everyone is enjoying the non outage months.

Does anyone have a fixed incore detector monitoring system?  If yes, any concerns noted  from RP perspective?  Rumor is that Vogtle 3 & 4 have this system, can someone confirm that.
