We at Braidwood just performed core barrel lift last week. See info below. No baffle bolt activities performed yet on either unit.......Thx Joe

During 1R22, Davis-Besse will be performing core barrel lift for ISI and baffle bolt inspection. We are benchmarking other site for any lessons learned from these two evolutions. Below are questions related to these two activities.
1. Core barrel lift
* What is the sequence of moves for your plenum when the core barrel requires removal? Does it involve multiple lifts of the plenum in preparation for the core barrel move? No plenum moves required
* How much dose was accumulated for the core barrel lift? See attached PJR
* What dose rates were observed during lift? On removal polar crane operator seen 1100mr/hr. We repositioned/added some more lead on the cab for reinstall (as previously we had not seen dose rates that high) and registered 400mr/hr. We did have a RDS-31 on top of the crane and highest seen was 3500mr/hr. Had that up there in event crane broke down and a repair crew had to go up there and fix something.
* Were cameras used for lift by reactor services? Yes RXS does the move remotely with cameras in a room outside cnmt in the FHB.
* Who moves the core barrel at your site? In house or Vendor? Rxs, only individuals in the area were 2 polar crane operators and 2 line tenders positioned outside the hatch in the FHB
* Would you provide a copy of the core barrel move RWP? Attached
2. Baffle Bolt inspection
* What Vendor performed the baffle bolt inspection? How was their performance from a radiological perspective?
* How much dose was accumulated for baffle bolt inspections?
* What were the results of inspection? If repairs were required, how much dose was accumulated and time or was it schedule for a future outage?
* What were the dose rates and contamination levels on inspection equipment?
